Blue mistflower is another plant that just showed up out of the "blue" (pun intended). It's a late bloomer that has fuzzy blue flowers towards the end of summer into fall. It grows prolifically, and has spread all around our kids play structure.
This is an early growth from mid April marked by crinkly alternating leaves
